Right to withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Having a right to withdrawal (ångerrätt) means that you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online, by phone or outside of our business premises.

If you've changed your mind about products that you have purchased online and would like to make a return, you are responsible for any return delivery costs. Products must be unused and unopened.

1. The right to withdrawal is voided once a treatment has begun.
   
   
2. No right of withdrawal in stores

• By law, you have no right to withdrawal when you buy something in our business premises. If you'd like to return products purchased in-store please refer to our Return Policy and contact us via info@chloeevelyn.com.
